Drydock Update:
The last day to visit the Battleship Missouri before drydocking is Friday, Oct. 9. On Oct. 14, the ship is scheduled to leave her historic spot along Battleship Row to enter Pearl Harbor Drydock 4. The memorial will be closed to visitors for the rest of the year, due to reopen in early January 2010.
(I didn't realize that is sits bow to bow with the USS Arizona at Ford's Island. It wasn't there when I was.)
